O Áshrama do Burgau é um Centro do Yoga, criado em Março de 2025, destinado exclusivamente à prática do Yoga Sámkhya – O Yoga Total e Tradicional da Índia – e pertence à Confederação Portuguesa do Yoga, Especialistas Mundiais em Yoga.

Leandro Gouveia / Bhakta é Instrutor do Yoga Sámkhya e Diretor do Áshrama do Burgau, com formação de Instrutor, Nível C, com duração de 6.500 horas / 6 anos, pela Confederação Portuguesa do Yoga / Instituto Sámkhya. Discípulo de Sat Guru Jí Amrita Súryánanda – Grande Mestre Internacional do Yoga.

Áshrama do Burgau is a Yoga Center, created in March 2025, exclusively dedicated to the practice of Yoga Sámkhya – the Total and Traditional Yoga of India – and belongs to the Portuguese Yoga Confederation, World Yoga Specialists.

Leandro Gouveia / Bhakta is a Yoga Sámkhya Instructor and Director of the Áshtama do Burgau, with Instructor training, Level C, lasting 6,500 hours / 6 years, by the Portuguese Yoga Confederation (PYC) / Sámkhya Institute. Disciple of Sat Guru Jí Amrita Súryánanda – International Great Master of Yoga.
