Yoga e Amendoeiras em Flor | Yoga and Almond Trees in Bloom

O Áshrama do Burgau - Centro do Yoga, membro da Associação Regional do Yoga do Algarve (ARYAL), ministrou uma Aula do Yoga para Adultos, no passado domingo, no âmbito do projeto 'Domingos Ativos' da Câmara Municipal de Faro, no Parque Ribeirinho de Faro.

A ARYAL proporcionou duas Aulas do Yoga, em simultâneo, para Adultos e Crianças, valorizando o património natural do Algarve e promovendo hábitos de vida saudáveis. O nosso agradecimento a todos os participantes, em especial à ARYAL e à Câmara Municipal de Faro, que tornaram possível este evento maravilhoso.

The Áshrama do Burgau - Centro do Yoga, a member of the Algarve Regional Yoga Association (ARYAL), held a Yoga Class for Adults last Sunday as part of the 'Active Sundays' project of the Faro City Council, in the Faro Riverside Park.

ARYAL provided two Yoga Classes simultaneously, for Adults and Children, valuing the natural heritage of the Algarve and promoting healthy lifestyle habits. Our thanks to all participants, especially ARYAL and the Faro City Council, who made this wonderful event possible.
